Termination Date

Termination Date. For this Agreement means the date on which all Obligations have been satisfied in full.

Termination Date. For purposes of this Agreement, "Termination Date" will mean the date that Executive's employment relationship with the Company or any Company subsidiary (unless Executive otherwise remains employed by the Company or another subsidiary of the Company) terminates.
