Termination Date

Termination Date. The effective date of your termination of employment with the Company.

Termination Date. The date on which the Term of Employment and Executive's employment with the Company ends.

Termination Date. The date on which Employee's employment with the Company (or any successor) terminates for any reason. For purposes of the payment of severance payments and benefits pursuant to Section 6 hereof, the Termination Date shall also be required to constitute a "separation of service" from the Company (or any successor) within the meaning of Section 409A.
