Termination Date

Termination Date. The term "Termination Date" shall mean the date of the termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer as determined in accordance with Sections 3, 4 and 7 below.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which all Obligations are paid in full in cash (other than Hedging Obligations under Secured Hedging Agreements, Cash Management Obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements or contingent indemnification obligations).

Termination Date. Shall mean the date on which all Obligations are paid in full in cash (other than Cash Management Obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements or contingent indemnification obligations) and the Total Commitments and all Letters of Credit are terminated (other than Letters of Credit that have been cash collateralized on terms satisfactory to the applicable Letter of Credit Issuer following the termination of the Commitments).

Termination Date. The date on which the Executive incurs a Separation from Service.

Termination Date. Means the first date on which the Executive is no longer employed by the Company for any reason.

Termination Date. Subject to the requirements of Section 1 of this Amendment, "Termination Date" means the effective date of any notice of termination of employment delivered by one party to the other.

This Agreement shall terminate upon the date that all obligations of the parties hereto under this Agreement have been satisfied or, if earlier, on the date, prior to a Change of Control, Employee is no longer employed by the Company.

Termination Date. The later to occur of (a) March 27, 2013, and (b) the second anniversary of the repayment in full of the Senior Indebtedness.
