Termination Date

Termination Date. The earliest to occur of (a) December 31, 2013, (b) the date on which the Commitment Amount is reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.8 and (c) the date on which all obligations of the Borrower hereunder become due and payable pursuant to Section 7.2.

Termination Date. Means: (f) if the Executive works out any notice period, the Executive's last day of employment; (g) if the Employer makes a payment in lieu of notice, the date upon which the payment is made; (h) if the Employer terminates the Executive's employment pursuant to clause 12.3, the date the Employer terminates the employment; (i) if the Executive gives notice of termination, the Executive's last working day;

Termination Date. Means the date on which Executive's employment ends.

Termination Date. The date on which Executive's employment with the Company terminates due to a Qualifying Termination of Employment, death or Disability. For all purposes hereof, Executive shall be considered to have terminated employment with the Company when he or she incurs a "separation of service" with the Company within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(A)(i) of the Code and the applicable guidance issued thereunder.

Termination Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the date that is three (3) years after the Effective Date, or (ii) the date that is thirty (30) Business Days after the later of (a) the Put Closing Date on which the sum of the aggregate Put Share Price for all Put Shares equal the Maximum Offering Amount, (b) the date that the Company has delivered a Termination Notice to the Investor, (c) the date of an Automatic Termination, and (d) the date that all of the Warrants have been exercised.

Termination Date. The earliest date (the "Termination Date") to occur of: (i) the date that is twenty years prior to the Final Repayment Date; (ii) the date, if any, on which the Holders of a majority by principal amount of the then effective series of Covered Debt consent or agree in writing to the termination of this Replacement Capital Covenant and the obligations of the Corporation hereunder; and (iii) the date on which the Corporation ceases to have any series of outstanding Eligible Senior Debt or... Eligible Subordinated Debt (in each case without giving effect to the rating requirement in clause (b) of the definition of each such term). Termination Date. The Executive's last day on the payroll of the Company.

Termination Date. The "Termination Date" shall be the effective date upon which the Executive or the Company terminates the employment of the Executive.
