Total Disability. Mr. Martin's total disability within the meaning of the Pension Plan.
Total Disability. Shall be deemed to occur on the ninetieth (90th) consecutive or non-consecutive calendar day within any twelve (12) month period that the Executive is unable to perform the duties commensurate with the Executive's position with the Company or as set forth in the Employment Agreement, if any, because of any physical or mental illness or disability.
