Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively the Registration Rights Agreement, the Investment Agreement, the Commitment Fee Note, the July Note, the September Note, February Note, the February Note Amendment, the Security Agreement, the Guaranty, the July Warrants, the September Warrants, the February Warrants, the Share Exchange Warrants and all other agreements entered into between the Parties to the extent existing as of the Execution Date.

Transaction Documents. This Acknowledgment, the CBLI/Rusnano Subscription Agreement, the Panacela/Rusnano Subscription Agreement, the CBLI Subscription Agreement, the Supplemental Agreement, the Intercompany Loan Amendment and other documents, agreements, certificates and instruments delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Surrender Agreements and the Notes.

Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the New Senior Secured Loan, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Amendments to Existing Debt, the Voting Agreement and all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Participation Agreement, the Administrative Services Agreement, the Financing Agreement and each of the other agreements, documents, certificates or other instruments delivered in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, the (1) Internal Use Transaction Documents, (2) OEM and Supply Chain Transaction Documents, (3) Reseller Transaction Documents, (4) Managed Service Provider Transaction Documents and (5) Strategic Alliance and Development Transaction Documents.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Voting and Standstill Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Setal 9 Warrant and the Setal 10 Warrant and all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder

Transaction Documents. Shall have the meaning ascribed in the Financing Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Means, collectively, the Transaction Documents specified in the Purchase Agreement and the Transaction Documents specified in the Exchange Agreement.
