Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in Missouri from time to time.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York or, if the creation, perfection and enforcement of any security interest herein granted is governed by the laws of a state other than New York, then, as to the matter in question, the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in that state.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Illinois. Section references herein with respect to the UCC are to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Illinois.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC")
UCC. Shall mean the Texas Business and Commerce Code, as amended or recodified. 4
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time-to-time in the State of New York; and

Means the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, United States of America and or any other similar applicable law regarding commercial transactions of any state or country which has jurisdiction with respect to all, or any portion of, the Collateral or this Agreement, from time to time. UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as currently in effect in the State of Connecticut.
UCC. Shall mean of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the state of the applicable jurisdiction. All other undefined terms used in this Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise dictates, have the meanings given such terms in the UCC as in effect in the State of New York to the extent the same are used or defined therein.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of South Dakota from time to time.
