UCC

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may from time to time be in effect in the State of New York or the Uniform Commercial Code (or similar code or statute) of another jurisdiction, to the extent it may be required to apply to any item or items of Collateral.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in Kansas.

UCC. All capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein or in the Credit Agreement have the meanings given them in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Missouri ("UCC").

UCC. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16(b)(2) hereof. Where applicable and except as otherwise defined herein, terms used in this Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to them in the UCC.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State on the date of this Agreement, as it may be amended or otherwise modified.

UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code and or any other applicable law of any jurisdiction (including, without limitation, the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, California and Delaware) as to any Collateral located therein.
