UCC

UCC. Means Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect in any relevant jurisdiction.

UCC. Has the meaning set forth in the Mortgage.

UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code (or any similar or equivalent legislation) as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as presently and hereafter enacted in the Jurisdiction.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code, as amended, in effect under the laws of the State of Florida, or such other state as may be appropriate.

UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of New York. Unless the context otherwise requires, all terms used in this Agreement which are defined in the UCC will have the meanings stated in the UCC.
