Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the state whose laws would govern the security interest in, including without limitation the perfection thereof, and foreclosure of the applicable Collateral. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms defined in the UCC have the respective meanings given to those terms in the UCC.
UCC. Means the Tennessee Uniform Commercial Code, as in effect from time to time.
UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in the State of Maryland and the State of Delaware.
UCC.
