Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the state of Wyoming from time to time.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as adopted and in force in the State of New York, as amended, revised or replaced from time to time. In the event the meaning of any term defined in the UCC is amended after the date of this Agreement, the meaning of such term as used in this Agreement shall be that of the more encompassing of: (i) the definition contained in the UCC prior to the amendment; and (ii) the definition contained in the UCC after the amendment.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the State of Washington
UCC. Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of New York and any other applicable jurisdiction.
UCC. The term "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in the applicable jurisdiction.
UCC. (a) generally, and with respect to the definitions above, the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted in the State of New York, as amended from time to time, and (b) with respect to rights in states other than the State of New York, the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the applicable state, as amended from time to time
