Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. Means Uniform Commercial Code enacted, and as in effect from time to time, in the applicable jurisdiction
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same is, from time to time, in effect in the State of New York.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as the same may, from time to time, be adopted and in effect in the State of Maine. If not already provided above, the foregoing definitions shall be applicable to the singulars and plurals of the foregoing defined terms.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code, as currently in effect in the State of Nevada.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the States of Wyoming, Texas, Kentucky and Florida, or other applicable jurisdiction, as amended at the time in question.
UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of Illinois, as such may be amended from time to time.
UCC. Shall mean and refer to the Uniform Commercial Code, as amended, in effect under the laws of the State of Illinois, or such other state as may be appropriate.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the Jurisdiction of Organization from time to time; provided that, as used in Section 9 hereof, "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in any applicable jurisdiction.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code, as the same may, from time to time, be enacted and in effect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; PROVIDED, that to the extent that the UCC is used to define any term herein and such term is defined differently in different Articles or Divisions of the UCC, the definition of such term contained in Article or Division 9 shall govern.
