Example Definitions of "UCC"
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time and applicable to the relevant Collateral. Any defined term used in the plural preceded by the definite article shall be taken to encompass all members of the relevant class. Any defined term used in the singular preceded by "any" shall be taken to indicate any number of the members of the relevant class.
UCC. Means the Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the applicable jurisdiction. 2
UCC. Shall mean the New York Uniform Commercial Code, as amended from time to time and in effect.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code (the "UCC") in effect in the State of New York on the date hereof
UCC. Terms used in this Security Agreement, not otherwise expressly defined herein or in the Credit Agreement, and for which meanings are provided in the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York (the "UCC"), shall have such meanings.
UCC. Pennsylvania or such other jurisdiction of which the Bank may give the Applicant notice, with the definitions of Article 5 of the UCC controlling over any conflicting definitions in other UCC Articles.
UCC. Means Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time (including after July 1, 2001) in the Province of Manitoba.
UCC. Shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted and enacted and as in effect from time to time in the State whose law governs pursuant to the Section of this Agreement entitled Governing Law and Jurisdiction. Terms used herein which are defined in the UCC and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the UCC.
UCC. The Uniform Commercial Code as the same may, from time to time, be in effect in the State of Minnesota.
UCC. Is defined in Section 4B(m) hereof.
