Unit

Unit. A unit consisting of the Notes and the Company Warrants.

Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry that may be used by the Company or an Affiliate to record and account for the grant of Stock, Units of Stock, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance Shares expressed in terms of Units of Stock until such time as the Award is paid, canceled, forfeited or terminated.

Units are being used merely as a device to determine the amount of additional compensation to which the Employee may become entitled.
