Unit. An amount of unpaid principal under this Note which (a) Borrower elects under section 3 to bear interest at a Contract Rate based on LIBOR, or (b) which bears interest at a Contract Rate equal to the Prime Rate; and the foregoing definitions shall be applicable to the respective plurals of the foregoing defined terms
