Example Definitions of "Unit"
Unit. Means 1/600 of a "Class A Membership Interest" (as defined in the Operating Agreement) on a fully diluted basis and assuming the conversion of outstanding Class B Membership Interests (as defined in the Operating Agreement).

Unit. Means one common share and one Series A preferred share, no par value, of the Company.
