Unit

Unit. Means 1/600 of a "Class A Membership Interest" (as defined in the Operating Agreement) on a fully diluted basis and assuming the conversion of outstanding Class B Membership Interests (as defined in the Operating Agreement).

Unit. Unit. Means one common share and one Series A preferred share, no par value, of the Company. If the par value of the common shares or Series A preferred shares is changed, or in the event of a change in the capital structure of the Company (as provided in Section 12), the Units resulting from such a change shall be deemed to be Units within the meaning of the Plan.

Unit. Means an undivided interest in 1.3 Class A shares, 0.1444 Class L shares and 0.05 Lowerco Preferred shares, determined at the Date of Grant, as it may be adjusted as provided herein;
