Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. The Company's issued and outstanding securities ordinarily having the right to vote at elections for the Company's Board.
Voting Securities. Means (i) the outstanding shares of common stock of Meritage, (ii) any other outstanding securities of Meritage that are generally entitled to vote for the election of directors at the time of determination, and (iii) any outstanding securities of Meritage that are convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, securities as described in clauses (i) and (ii) above that are owned by the Person in question.
Voting Securities. Securities of any class or series of a corporation, association or other entity the holders of which are ordinarily, in the absence of contingencies, entitled to vote generally in matters put before the shareholders or members of such corporation, association or other entity
