Voting Securities

Voting Securities. Securities of FHC, including the shares of Common Stock, with the power to vote with respect to the election of directors generally, including any securities that are convertible or exchangeable for Voting Securities, it being understood that the number of Voting Securities outstanding as of any time of determination shall be determined as though all such securities, whether or not in the money, had been converted or exchanged, in accordance with their terms, into or for Voting Securities... immediately prior to the time of determination. Voting Securities. Shall mean any equity securities of the Company that vote generally in the election of directors or equivalent governing body of the Company on a fully-diluted basis.

Voting Securities. Has the meaning given to such term in the Stockholders Agreement.

Voting Securities. With respect to the Company or any Subsidiary, any securities issued by the Company or such Subsidiary, respectively, which generally entitle the holder thereof to vote for the election of directors of the Company.

Voting Securities. (i) the Company Common Stock, (ii) shares of any other class of capital stock of the Company then entitled to vote generally in the election of Directors of the Company or its successors and (iii) any securities convertible or exchangeable into or exchangeable for any shares of capital stock of the Company and any rights or options to acquire any of the foregoing

Voting Securities. Means, at any time, shares of any class of Capital Stock or other securities or interests of a Person which are then entitled to vote generally, and not solely upon the occurrence and during the continuation of certain specified events, in the election of directors or Persons performing similar functions with respect to such Person, and any securities convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable at the option of the holder thereof for such shares of Capital Stock.

Voting Securities. Of an entity means the outstanding equity securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of such entity
