Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. Securities of FHC, including the shares of Common Stock, with the power to vote with respect to the election of directors generally, including any securities that are convertible or exchangeable for Voting Securities, it being understood that the number of Voting Securities outstanding as of any time of determination shall be determined as though all such securities, whether or not in the money, had been converted or exchanged, in accordance with their terms, into or for Voting Securities... immediately prior to the time of determination. Voting Securities. Shall mean any equity securities of the Company that vote generally in the election of directors or equivalent governing body of the Company on a fully-diluted basis.
Voting Securities. Has the meaning given to such term in the Stockholders Agreement.
