Voting Securities

Voting Securities. Any securities of Holdco that vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. Shall mean the then outstanding securities of O'Reilly ordinarily (and apart from rights accruing under special circumstances) having the right to vote in the election of directors (calculated as provided in paragraph (d) of Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act in the case of rights to acquire O'Reilly's securities).

Voting Securities. Any securities of the Company which vote generally in the election of Board members.

Voting Securities. The outstanding securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors or other governing body

Voting Securities. Any securities of the Company that entitle its holder to vote generally in the election of members of the Company's Board of Directors.

Voting Securities. Any securities of Holdco that entitle its holder to vote generally in the election of members of Holdco's Board of Directors, any securities of the Company that entitle its holder to vote on the removal or replacement of the General Partner or any securities of the General Partner that entitle its holder to vote generally in the election of members of the General Partner's Board of Managers, as the case may be.

Voting Securities. Means capital stock of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. When used in respect of an entity, shall mean all outstanding securities of that entity that entitle the holders thereof to vote to elect members of the entity's board of directors (or similar governing body).

Voting Securities. Any outstanding securities of the Company that are eligible to vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Securities. With respect to any Entity that is a corporation (or that is managed by one (1) or more Persons having powers similar to those of a corporate board of directors and who are subject to periodic re-election, or removal and replacement, similar to corporate directors), securities of such Entity having the right to vote in an election, or for the removal and replacement, of such Entity's board of directors (or such Persons having similar powers)
