Voting Stock

Voting Stock. Of a Person means capital stock of such Person of the class or classes pursuant to which the holders thereof have the general voting power to elect, or the general power to appoint, at least a majority of the board of directors, managers or trustees of such Person (irrespective of whether or not at the time capital stock of any other class or classes shall have or might have voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency).

Voting Stock. Securities of any class or classes of Capital Stock in such Person entitling the holders thereof, whether at all times or only so long as no senior class of stock has voting power by reason of any contingency to vote in the election of members of the Board of Directors or other governing body of such Person.

Voting Stock. Means shares of the Company's capital stock having general voting power, with "voting power" meaning the power under ordinary circumstances (and not merely upon the happening of a contingency) to vote in the election of directors.

Voting Stock. The Common Stock and any other securities issued by the Company which entitle the holder thereof to vote generally in the election of members of the Board.

Voting Stock. With respect to any specified "person" (as that term is used in Section 13(d)(3) of the Exchange Act), as of any date, the capital stock of such person that is at the time entitled to vote generally in the election of the board of directors of such person

Voting Stock. Shall mean any Company Common Stock or any securities convertible into, exchangeable for or otherwise exercisable to acquire Company Common Stock or any other securities having or being convertible into, exchangeable for or otherwise exercisable to acquire any securities having the ordinary power to vote in the election of members of the Board of Directors of the Company, or any right to acquire within sixty days any of the foregoing, whether now owned or hereafter acquired.

Voting Stock. Means securities of any class or kind ordinarily having the power to vote for the election of directors, managers or other voting members of the governing body of the Company or any successor thereto

Voting Stock. Shares of the Common Stock and any other securities of the Company having the power to vote in the election of members of the Board.

Voting Stock. Securities entitled to vote generally in the election of directors.

Voting Stock. With respect to any Person, Equity Interests issued by such Person the holders of which are ordinarily, in the absence of contingencies, entitled to vote for the election of directors (or persons performing similar functions) of such Person, even though the right so to vote has been suspended by the happening of such a contingency.
