Example Definitions of "Voting Stock"
Voting Stock. Means any securities of the Company which vote generally in the election of directors.
Voting Stock. Equity Securities of any class or classes, however designated, having voting power for the election of members of the board of directors or other governing body of the subject entity.
Voting Stock. Means the combined voting power of the securities of the Company entitled to vote for members of the Board.
Voting Stock. Has the meaning specified in subparagraph 7.01.
