Voting Stock

Example Definitions of "Voting Stock"
Voting Stock. Means, with respect to any Person, Capital Stock of any class or kind ordinarily having the power to vote for the election of directors, managers, or other voting members of the governing body of such Person.
Voting Stock. Means, with respect to any Person, Capital Stock the capital stock or other equity or profits interests of any class or kind ordinarily having the power to vote for the election of directors, managers, managers or other voting members of the governing body of such Person.
