Voting Stock
Voting Stock. Means capital stock (or other equity interests) of any class or classes of the Company, the holders of which are ordinarily, in the absence of contingencies, entitled to vote in the election of corporate directors (or individuals performing similar functions) of the Company or which permit the holders thereof to control the management of the Company.
