Example Definitions of "Award Agreement"
Award Agreement. Means a written agreement, contract, certificate or other instrument or document evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award granted under the Plan (including documents attached to or incorporated by reference) which may, in the discretion of the Company, be transmitted electronically to any Participant. The forms of Award Agreements shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Award Agreement. Means a written unit award agreement entered into between the Partnership and a holder of an Award evidencing the terms and conditions of such Award and which has been assumed by the Company in connection with the Reorganization. Each Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Program
Award Agreement. Means the written agreement or other instrument evidencing the grant of an Award, including any amendments thereto. An Award Agreement may be in the form of an agreement to be executed by both the Grantee and the Company (or an authorized representative of the Company) or certificates, notices or similar instruments.
