Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as amended or recodified.

Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code, as amended from time to time, any successor statute or rule promulgated thereto.

Bankruptcy Code. The Bankruptcy Code of 1978, 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq., as amended from time to time, or any successor statute

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as now or hereafter amended

Shall mean, collectively, (i) with respect to ESI and any other US Obligor, Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time and any successor statutes and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) with respect to any other Obligor organized or otherwise formed under the laws of England, the Insolvency Act of 1986, as amended from time to time and any successor acts and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code, being Title 11 of the United States Code, as the same now exists or may from time to time hereafter be amended, modified, recodified or supplemented, together with all official rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder or related thereto.

Bankruptcy Code. The provisions of Title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. sections 101 et seq., as from time to time amended, and any successor or similar statute. All references to articles, sections, subsections and clauses of the Bankruptcy Code shall include all amendments, modifications and renumberings thereof from time to time.
