Example Definitions of "Bankruptcy Code"
Bankruptcy Code. Means The Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as codified as 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq.
Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 United States Code §§101 et seq., as amended from time to time, or any successor statutes thereto
Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended, or the equivalent thereof in any other jurisdiction
