Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. Means The Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, as codified as 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq.

Bankruptcy Code. The United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 United States Code §§101 et seq., as amended from time to time, or any successor statutes thereto

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended, or the equivalent thereof in any other jurisdiction

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11, Section 101 et seq. of the United States Code titled "Bankruptcy", as amended from time to time, and any successor statute thereto

Bankruptcy Code. Title 11, United States Code, as amended from time to time, and any successor statute thereto. For purposes of this Agreement, "Bankruptcy Code" also means the equivalent, similar or analogous statute, regulations and other laws of Canada and each relevant province thereof (including, without limitation, the laws of British Columbia), as the same may be applicable, and any successor statute, regulation or law thereon.
