Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. Has the meaning set forth in paragraph B of the recitals.

Bankruptcy Code. Means Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended or modified from time to time.

Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean the United States Bankruptcy Code, being Title 11 of the United States Code as enacted in 1978, as the same has heretofore been or may hereafter be amended, recodified, modified or supplemented, together with all rules, regulations and interpretations thereunder or related thereto.

Bankruptcy Code. Means (a) the Bankruptcy Code of the United States, 11 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq., and/or (b) any of the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (Canada), the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) and the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act (Canada) or any similar statute, in each case as amended from time to time.

Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended, or any successor act or code.

Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean Title 11 of the United States Code entitled "Bankruptcy," as amended from time to time, and any successor statute or statutes.

Bankruptcy Code. The Bankruptcy Code (as hereinafter defined)

Bankruptcy Code. The provisions of Title 11 of the United States Code, as amended from time to time and any successor statute and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder or any state insolvency, debtor relief or assignment for the benefit of creditor law.

Bankruptcy Code. Shall mean the Federal Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended from time to time.

Bankruptcy Code. The term "Bankruptcy Code" shall mean the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (11 U.S.C. §101-1130) as amended and as hereafter modified.
