Bankruptcy Code

Bankruptcy Code. Means the Federal Bankruptcy Code of 1978, as amended from time to time, presently codified as Title 11 of the United States Code.

Bankruptcy Code. Means Title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101—1532.

Section references to current sections of the applicable Bankruptcy Code shall refer to comparable sections of any revised version thereof if section numbering is changed.
