Bonus Amount. Bonus Amount. For purposes of this Agreement, "Bonus Amount" shall mean 100% of the aggregate annual target bonus for which the Employee is eligible under any bonus program, plan, agreement or arrangement applicable to the Employee for the fiscal year in which the Termination Date occurs.
