Example Definitions of "Compensation"
Compensation. Shall mean all base straight time gross earnings, commissions overtime, shift premium, and incentive compensation, but exclusive of payments for bonuses and other compensation. The Committee, in its discretion, may establish a different definition of Compensation prior to an Enrollment Date for all options to be granted on such Enrollment Date.
Compensation. Means a Participant's compensation or salary as defined under each applicable Qualified Plan pursuant to which benefits are determined under this Plan.
Compensation. Means the Participant's total gross compensation, including salary, bonuses and commissions, paid to the Participant during a given payroll period, but excluding any amounts realized from the exercise of a stock option or from the sale, exchange, or other disposition of shares acquired under this Plan or any other stock purchase or option plan.
Compensation. Shall mean the annual salary (exclusive of bonuses, sick leave, vacation pay or other extra compensation or benefits) being paid to the Employee at the time when a Change in Control occurs or thereafter, whichever is higher. -1-
