Corporate Status

Corporate Status. Describes the status of an individual who is or was at any time (including, without limitation, any time prior to the date of this Agreement) a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, limited liability company, trust or other enterprise or entity that such individual is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or at any time was a director, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of either Company or a direct or indirect subsidiary or parent of the Companies, or of any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or at any time was serving at the express written request of the Companies or any of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or parent companies.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person in his or her capacity as a director or officer of any of the Company (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the Company as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of any Brasa Entity).

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director, manager, officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company or of any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan, foundation, association, organization or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the request of the Company

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person by reason of such person's past, present or future service as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee, or agent of any of the Gymboree Companies.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who, at the request of the Company, is or was a director, officer, trustee, partner, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of any other Enterprise.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was a director or executive officer of the Company or of any other Enterprise.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person by reason of such person's past, present or future service as a director or officer of any of the Party City Companies (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the Party City Companies as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of any other Party City Entity)

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person by reason of such person's past, present or future service as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee, or agent of any of the IMS Companies (including, without limitation, one who serves at the request of any of the IMS Companies as a director, officer, employee, fiduciary, trustee or agent of any other IMS Entity)

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was an Agent of the Company or of any other Enterprise, at the request of, for the convenience of, or to represent the interests of the Company or any Enterprise which is an affiliate or wholly or partially owned subsidiary of the Company.
