Corporate Status

Corporate Status. The status of a person who is or was a director (including, without limitation, serving as a member of any committee or subcommittee of the Board), officer, employee, agent or fiduciary of the Company (or any subsidiary of the Company) or of any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise that such person is or was serving at the express written request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person serving (or having served) as a director, officer, employee, or agent of the Corporation or as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee, or agent of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, or other enterprise at the request of the Corporation.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is or was serving the Company or is or was serving the Enterprise at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the status of a person who is serving or has served (i) as a director or officer of the Company, (ii) in any capacity or service with respect to any employee benefit plan of the Company or any one or more of its subsidiary Enterprise, or (iii) as a director, officer, member, manager, partner, trustee, employee, or agent of any other Enterprise at the request of the Company.

Corporate Status. Describes the capacity of the Independent Director with respect to the Company and the services performed by the Independent Director in that capacity.
