Customer

Customer. A customer of LinkedIn's hiring and recruitment products and solutions

Customer. Any Person who is or was a customer or client of the Company or its Affiliates at the time of, or during the 12 month period prior to, the termination date.

Customer. Person that has received products or services from the Company at any time within the last two years immediately prior to the termination of Executive's employment

Customer. REGENXBIO Inc., Inc. and its successors and assigns.

Customer. The meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement and includes all of Customer's successors and permitted assigns

Customer. Any person or entity, including without limitation a Government Agency, to whom Employee, directly or indirectly (e.g., the end user of the services if the Company is a subcontractor), provided services while employed with the Company or with whom Employee interacted on behalf of the Company at any time during Employee's employment with Company.

Customer. Means an end customer of the Buyer, provided that a business unit or Affiliate of the Buyer may not be a Customer.

Customer. Any person or entity who, in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding Executive's termination from Kimball, purchased or arranged for the purchase or initiated an order for the purchase of Kimball products or services, including, but not limited to, brokers, distributors, and retailers

Customer. An individual or entity whom purchased a Competitive Product or Competitive Service via one of the Company's sales platforms during the twelve (12) month period prior to the Termination Date.
