Example Definitions of "Determination Date"
Determination Date. Means, with respect to each Performance Year, the date on which the Committee certifies whether the Performance Goals for such Performance Year have been achieved.
Determination Date. The date hereof and thereafter June 30 and December 31 of each year.
Determination Date. Means the last Valuation Date of the month preceding the payment date.
Determination Date. A date on which the outcome of the Performance Goals are substantially uncertain.

Determination Date. (c) "Determination Date" means the date set forth in Appendix I hereto, or such other earlier date as may be determined by the Company, on which the Company determines whether the relevant Performance Goal with respect to the corresponding Performance Period has been achieved.
