Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. A determination by an independent medical doctor (selected by the Company and consented to by Employee or his legal representative, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld), after consultation with Employee's physician and an examination of Employee, that Employee has for sixty (60) consecutive days been disabled in a manner which renders him substantially unable to perform his responsibilities as an Employee of the Company.
Disability. Means a condition entitling Executive to benefits under the Company's long term disability plan, policy or arrangement; provided, however, that if no such plan, policy or arrangement is then maintained by the Company and applicable to Executive, "Disability" means Executive's inability to perform his duties under this Agreement with reasonable accommodation due to a mental or physical condition that can be expected to result in death or that can be expected to last for a continuous period of... 120 days or more or for 120 days in any 180 consecutive day period. Termination as a result of a Disability will not be construed as a termination by the Company without Cause. Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, "Disability" shall have that meaning set forth in Section 22(e)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code").

Disability. Shall mean the occurrence of a condition that, in the reasonable judgment of a licensed physician satisfactory to the Company, will prevent the Executive from performing the Executive's duties for a period of more than 120 days in any 12-month period or that actually results in Executive's failure to perform the Executive's duties for a period of more than 120 days in any 12-month period.

Disability. That Executive is unable to perform his duties and responsibilities hereunder to the full extent required by Company by reason of physical or mental illness, injury or incapacity that has been ongoing for either ninety (90) consecutive days or as "disability" is defined in the Company's disability insurance policies which cover the Executive.

Means Executive would be entitled to long-term disability benefits under the Company's long-term disability plan as in effect from time to time, without regard to any waiting or elimination period under such plan and assuming for the purpose of such determination that Executive is actually participating in such plan at such time.
