Disability. A condition for which benefits are payable to Executive under any long-term disability insurance coverage then provided to Executive by the Successor Company or the Bank; or, if no such coverage is then being provided, the inability of Executive, as reasonably determined by the Successor Company or the Bank, to perform the essential functions of his regular duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, due to a medically determinable physical or mental illness which has... lasted (or can reasonably be expected to last) for (A) 120 days out of any 300-day period or (B) a period of 100 consecutive days. Disability. Disability. Means that the Executive has been unable to perform his duties, with reasonable accommodation, for at least ninety (90) days on account of an injury or a physical or mental illness and in the opinion of a physician acceptable to the Board, such condition prevents the Executive from resuming full performance of his duties and is likely to continue for an indefinite period.
Disability.
