Disability

Disability. A determination by the Administrator that a Participant is "disabled" within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(C) of the Code. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of an Incentive Stock Option, the term "Disability" for purposes of the preceding sentence shall have the meaning given to it by Section 422(c)(6) of the Code

Disability. Disability.
