Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. Shall have the meaning provided for in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code or any successor statute thereto.
Disability. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Plan, as it may be amended from time to time.

That the Covered Employee is disabled and unable to perform or expected to be unable to perform the essential functions of the Covered Employee's then existing position or positions with or without reasonable accommodation for a period of 180 days (which need not be consecutive) in any 12-month period.

Disability. The your inability to perform on a full-time basis the duties and responsibilities of your employment with the Company by reason of illness or other physical or mental impairment or condition, if such inability continues for an uninterrupted period of 90 days or for more than 90 complete days during any 12-month period.
Disability. Disability. Shall occur if Employee is incapacitated and absent from her duties hereunder on a full-time basis for four (4) consecutive months or for at least one hundred eighty (180) days (which need not be consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period.
Disability.
