Disability

Disability. With respect to a Key Employee, such employees being substantially unable to perform his assigned duties on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary thereof, as the case may be, for more than ninety (90) days, whether or not consecutive, in any twelve (12) month period, by reason of incapacity due to physical or mental illness or injury

Disability. Executive's inability to perform material duties and responsibilities due to the same or related physical or mental reasons for more than one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days in any twelve (12) month period.

Disability. The permanent and total disability of the Employee as determined for purposes of CPSI's long-term disability plan in which the Employee participates (or in which the Employee is eligible to participate) at the time the determination is to be made.

Disability. Total and permanent disability as defined in accordance with the Company's Long-Term Disability Plan.

That because of an injury or sickness the Participant is unable to perform any occupation for which the Participant is qualified or may reasonably become qualified by reason of education, training, or experience, whether or not a job involving such occupation is available within the Corporation

With respect to the Grantee, a medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months which: (i) renders the Grantee unable to engage in substantial gainful activity or (ii) results in the Grantee receiving income replacement benefits for at least three months under an accident and health plan sponsored by the Grantee's employer.
