Example Definitions of "Disability"
Disability. A physical or mental incapacity which would entitle the Participant to benefits under the Company's long-term disability plan
Disability. For purposes of this Agreement, "Disability" shall mean Employee's inability due to a physical or mental impairment to perform the essential functions of his or her job, with or without reasonable accommodation, for a period of at least ninety (90) consecutive or non-consecutive days in any twelve (12) month period.
Disability. That a Participant (i) is receiving income replacement benefits for at least three months under an employer-sponsored accident and health plan because of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that is expected to last at least 12 continuous months or result in death, or (ii) has been determined to be totally disabled by the Social Security Administration.
Disability. A Participant has a Disability if, by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or to last for a continuous period of at least 12 months: (a) The Participant is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity, or (b) The Participant has received income replacement benefits for a period of at least three months under a Participating Employer's accident and health plan
Disability. A physical or mental condition of such a nature that it would qualify a Participant for benefits under the long-term disability insurance plan of the Corporation or any successor plan. The Committee shall have the authority to determine whether and when, consistent with the foregoing, a Participant has suffered a Disability for purposes of the Plan.
Disability. A disability as defined in the Bank's long-term disability insurance plan.
Disability. A Participant's termination of employment by reason of "Disability" within the meaning of the Company-sponsored Long Term Disability Plan, as in effect from time to time, providing eligibility to employees of Cendant Operations, Inc.
Disability. A Participant's termination of employment by reason of 'Disability' within the meaning of Cendant's Long Term Disability Plan
Disability. Permanent disability as determined pursuant to the long-term disability plan or policy of the Company or its Subsidiaries in effect at the time of such disability and applicable to a Participant
Disability. The meaning assigned to that term in the Plan.
