Disability. Shall be determined according to the definition of "disability," in effect at the time of determination, in The Dixie Group, Inc. 401k Plan, (and subject to any further requirements of IRC section 409A)

Disability. Disability. If Employee is unable to perform the essential functions of Employee's position, after any legally required reasonable accommodation, for more than 180 days (whether or not consecutive) in any period of 365 consecutive days.
