Disability

Disability. That as a result of the Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness or injury as determined in good faith by a physician selected jointly by the Company and the Executive, the Executive shall have been unable to perform his material duties for a period of one hundred fifty (150) consecutive days. Disability. Disability. Participant's inability, due to physical or mental incapacity, to perform the essential functions of Participant's job, for two hundred seventy (270) consecutive days.

Disability. As a result of Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness, Executive shall have been unable, with or without a reasonable accommodation, to perform his duties with the Company on a full-time basis for six months and, within 30 days after a written notice of termination of employment is thereafter given by the Company, Executive shall not have returned to the full-time performance of Executive's duties.
