Disability

Disability. With respect to a Participant, a permanent and total disability as defined in Code Section 22(e)(3)

Disability. Means a medically-determinable physical or mental condition that is expected to be permanent and that results in the Participant being unable to perform one or more of the essential duties of the Participant's occupation or a reasonable alternative offered by the Company or its subsidiaries, all as determined by the Committee or any successor to such committee that administers the Plan (as the same may be amended).

Disability. Any physical or mental condition which would qualify Employee for a disability benefit under any long-term disability plan then maintained by the Company or the employing subsidiary

Disability. Employee is unable to perform her duties as an employee of the Company as the result of her incapacity due to physical or mental impairment for 120 days (not necessarily consecutive) in any one (1) year period.
