Disability

Disability. A disability entitling Executive to long-term disability benefits under a plan of Vishay (or a subsidiary or affiliate of Vishay).

Disability. A disability by Executive or his spouse, which renders or is likely to render Executive unable to fulfill his obligations under this Agreement for 30 days in any 90-day period (either due to his own disability or to care-taking responsibilities for his spouse)

Disability. The inability of a Participant to perform the material duties of his or her employment by reason of a medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or that has lasted or is expected to last for a continuous period of at least 12 months, as determined by a duly licensed physician selected by the Committee.

Disability. (b) "Disability" means that you suffer from a medically determinable physical or mental impairment that renders you incapable of performing any substantial gainful employment, and is evidenced by a certification to such effect by a doctor of medicine approved by the Company. In lieu of such certification, the Company shall accept, as proof of permanent disability, your eligibility for long-term disability payments under the applicable Long-Term Disability Plan of the Company.

Disability. Means that a Participant either (1) has been determined to be eligible for Social Security disability benefits or (2) is eligible to receive benefits under the Company's long-term disability program as in effect at the time of disability.

Disability. Shall have the meaning provided such term in the Equity Plan.

Disability. The absence of the Employee from the Employee's duties with the Company or any of its Affiliates on a full-time basis for at least 180 consecutive days as a result of incapacity due to mental or physical illness or injury which is determined by the Committee in its sole discretion to be permanent. Disability. Pursuant to the standards set forth in, or in circumstances where you qualify for receipt of benefits under, the long-term disability plan of the Company.

Disability. Means a disability, whether permanent or temporary, as determined by the Committee.

Disability. Or "Disabled" shall mean the permanent and total disability of the Participant within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) and 409A(a)(2)(C)(i) of the Code, except as otherwise determined by the Committee from time to time or as provided in an Award Agreement. The determination of a Participant's Disability shall be made by the Committee in its sole discretion.
