Effectiveness Date

Effectiveness Date. Means, with respect to (a) the Default Registration Statement required hereunder, the 60th calendar day following the date the Lender declares an Event of Default under the Note which has not been cured, (b) the Shelf Registration Statement, no later than the 30th calendar day after the Filing Date (or, in the event of a "review" by the Commission, the 60th calendar day following the Filing Date); provided, however, that in the event the Company is notified by the Commission that the...
