Effectiveness Date

Effectiveness Date. Means, with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, the 90th day following the date of this Agreement and, with respect to any additional Registration Statements which may be required pursuant to Section 3(c), the 90th day following the date that notice of the requirement to file such additional Registration Statement is provided.

Effectiveness Date. The 135th day following the Closing Date.

Effectiveness Date. Means: (a) with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed to cover the resale by the Holders of the Registrable Securities, March 7, 2004, and (b) with respect to any additional Registration Statements that may be required pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof, the 90th day following the date on which the Company first knows, or reasonably should have known, that such additional Registration Statement is required under such Section.

Effectiveness Date. Means, with respect to the Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, no later than one hundred twenty (120) calendar days following the Final Closing Date.

Effectiveness Date. Means the 120th day following the date hereof.

Effectiveness Date. Means, with respect to the Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a) of this Agreement, no later than the earlier of (i) one hundred twenty (120) calendar days following the Tranche 2 Closing Date or (ii) one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date hereof.

Effectiveness Date. Means with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, a date no later than one hundred thirty (130) following the date hereof.

Effectiveness Date. Means with respect to the Registration Statement, the date the Commission deems such Registration Statement effective.

Effectiveness Date. Means the date that is one hundred and twenty (120) days following the Closing Date, provided that such date shall be tolled for the duration of any Blackout Period.

Effectiveness Date. Means the 150th day following the Filing Date plus that number of additional days as calculated by determining the number of days between September 1, 2003 and the Actual Filing Date.
