Example Definitions of "Knowledge"
Knowledge. The actual knowledge of any of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, its Chief Financial Officer or its General Counsel, in each case after reasonable inquiry.
Knowledge. Means actual knowledge after due inquiry of Miranda Semmens and any other individual specifically referred to herein after reasonable inquiry.

Knowledge.
