Lease

Lease. Shall mean the Lease Of Property entered into by and between Subsidiary and the Secretary of the Air Force dated effective September 1, 2005 in regard to the Project and shall include the Operating Agreement referred to and incorporated therein.

Lease. Means this Lease, all Exhibits attached to this Lease, and all properly executed amendments, modifications and supplements to this Lease

Lease. The Existing Lease, as amended by this Amendment, is referred to collectively herein as the "Lease."

Lease. That certain Real Estate Lease Agreement between Landlord and Tenant dated January 1, 2004, a copy of which is attached to this Assignment as Attachment "A".

Lease. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Preliminary Statement.

Lease. Shall mean the Existing Lease, as amended by this Agreement and as hereafter amended.

Lease. Net Land & Building Lease dated June 18, 1999, between Interstate Management Real Estate Partners, a Kentucky general partnership, as predecessor-in-interest to Landlord, and Assignor, as Tenant. A copy of the Lease is annexed to this Assignment as Exhibit A and made a part of this Assignment by this reference.

Lease. The Original Lease, as this Amendment amends it, is the "Lease."

Lease. Any lease agreement between an owner of any Premises leased to the Borrower, as tenant.
