Lease

Example Definitions of "Lease"
Lease. Shall mean the Lease Of Property entered into by and between Subsidiary and the Secretary of the Air Force dated effective September 1, 2005 in regard to the Project and shall include the Operating Agreement referred to and incorporated therein.
Lease. Means this Lease, all Exhibits attached to this Lease, and all properly executed amendments, modifications and supplements to this Lease
