Offering Period

Offering Period. Shall mean a period of approximately three (3) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after January 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending the following March 31, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after April 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending the following June 30, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after July 1 and terminating on the last... Trading Day in the period ending the following September 30, and commencing on the first Trading Day on or after October 1 and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending the following December 31; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence with the first Trading Day on or after July 1, 2001 and ending on the last Trading Day on or before September 30, 2001. Offering Period. A period of twenty-four (24) months commencing on November 1 and May 1 of each year, except for the first Offering Period as set forth in Section 4(a)

Offering Period. Means a period with respect to which the right to purchase Common Stock may be granted under the Plan, as determined by the Board pursuant to the Plan.

Offering Period. Any of the offerings to Participants of Options under the Plan, each continuing for six months, as described in Section 6 of the Plan.

The duration of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

Offering Period. Shall mean the period of six (6) months commencing on the first Trading Day on or about July 1 of every year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the period ending six (6) months later. Subsequent Offering Periods, if any, shall run consecutively after the termination of the preceding Offering Period. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed or modified by the Committee, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 4

Offering Period. A period of six months during which a purchase right granted pursuant to the Plan may be offered, or such different period for the offer of the purchase right as may be established by the Committee. In no event shall an Offering Period exceed 27 months. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4.
