Offering Period

Example Definitions of "Offering Period"
Offering Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the first day of each calendar quarter and ending on the last calendar day of such quarter; provided, that the first Offering Period shall commence on April 1, 2019 and shall end on June 30, 2019.
Offering Period. Means the periods established in accordance with Section 7 of the Plan during which Purchase Rights may be granted pursuant to the Plan and may be purchased on one or more Purchase Dates. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 7 and 29 of the Plan.
Offering Period. Shall mean a period extending from the first Trading Day to the last Trading Day of each fiscal or calendar quarter as initially determined by the Company in its discretion, subject to the Company's discretion to change the duration of Offering Periods on a prospective basis
Offering Period. A semi-annual period, running from either January 1 to the next following June 30 or July 1 to the next following December 31, during which Options will be offered under the Plan pursuant to a determination by the Board

Offering Period. Shall mean a period of six (6) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, or different period as determined by the Board, provided no Offering Period exceeds twenty-seven (27) months. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the first Offering Period shall commence August 15, 1988 and end December 31, 1988 and the Offering Period commencing July 1, 2006 shall end February 28, 2007
